The staff was helpful and responsive to requests. the location was very close to many touristic attractions. the hotel is a short walk to the metro and local restaurants. i especially enjoyed the proximity to the grand bazaar. It made exploring easy.
the a/c in my room did not work. the breakfast had limited variety. the food was cold. this impacted the start of my mornings. i hope they address this .

The hotel is just a short walk from major attractions, about 10 minutes on foot. Many restaurants and shops are very close. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I found the Turkish breakfast to be quite tasty, especially the fresh items.
The room I stayed in felt a little small. I had to move sideways to pass the bed to reach the bathroom. This was a minor inconvenience .

The hotel is located 650 m from the Grand Bazaar. Shops, eateries and public transport are a five-minute walk away. I found it easy to access many key sites and amenities due to the hotel's convenient position, though the parking was expensive!

Staff assisted with the airport transfer and also the reception staff were particularly kind. They addressed my questions clearly. I felt well-supported throughout my stay. Their warm attitude added positively to my visit.

Breakfast included a basic spread of bread. Coffee and fruit. There was a good Turkish breakfast included. The restaurant has a nice sitting area outside, though the service was a bit slow

The hotel location was convenient for exploring major attractions. It was a short walk to many historic sites, a lovely experience. I appreciated that they provided complimentary coffee and tea. The staff's kindness enhanced the stay, they were helpful with directions.
The room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, it was just enough for a short stay.

The breakfast buffet had fresh bread and fruit. It also featured a selection of local cheeses and olives, all were very tasty (especially the olives!). The dining area was clean.

Our room included air conditioning that worked very well. The bathroom had a shower and essential toiletries were supplied. The room was cleaned daily.
